Physical Description
This is clearly an upscale high class place. Surrounding the small building is a low red brick wall, just high enough that the majority of people will never see over it. An archway leads into a small winding walk, leading through a small rock garden. A babbling brook leads off to one side, and during the warmer months a beautiful flower garden is well tended to the other side. Above the archway a small, back lit sign rests. In a flowing cursive like script the word Summeria in white letters on a black background. When the restaurant is open, a small Black light board rests to the side of the archway, blue letters displaying the days specials.
Detailed Description
This is a high-scale high quality restaurant serving the rich, the powerful, the famous, and the well connected. The average dinner price, excluding wine, is about 75-90$. All the menu items are made in house, and several daily specials are made from ingredients bought fresh that morning, and priced accordingly. The restaurant is only open for dinner. 5-Midnight M-Th, 5-1am Friday and Saturday, and 5-11pm Sunday.
The restaurant is owned by Theresa 'Tess' Carbina, the Executive Chef (Fame 2, Chef) and manager. The Executive Sous Chef is Jadyn Winters (Fame 3, Chef). The Restaurant is a high class restaurant, with a high dress code. Formal dress is recommended and encouraged (ties and jackets on men, gowns or long skirts and blouses on women) though business casual (no jeans, no tshirts. Collars and buttons on men, skirts on women) are the minimum.
It is recommended that you make a Reservation at least 2 weeks in advance. Any less and your seat cannot be assured. ((OOC: It is fine to RP having a Reservation. As it is PC owned, please do not RP 'Getting In' without one, unless you have previously spoken with the PC Owner Theresa 'Tess' Carbina))
There is a Banquet Hall available, for parties up to 100 or less. Catering will be provided by the Chef's and the Restaurant. One can rent the Hall for any occasion, between the hours of 1pm and 12 Midnight. Contact Tess if you are interested in renting it.
Summeria Catering Services
This is a sub-company owned by Theresa Carbina and managed by NPC Thomas Burton. Though for RL contacting purposes mailing, paging, or phoning Tess will be necessary, these sort of conversations will be with Thomas Burton unless otherwise stated.
