Description
Another run-down brick building that lines the street, there's nothing that makes this one stand out too much. There is a sign out front proclaiming the name of the establishment, and a neon sign in the window that announces "Tattoos" for the folks on the street to see. The front door and flanking windows are glass, but they're all reinforced with steel bars to keep out intruders when the shop is closed. You never can be too careful.
