Description
The clean, square design of a large building complex houses the Machiavelli Lounge Martini Bar. The brick facade up front paints an unassuming picture of the rather upscale hotspot that lies behind those closed doors, and two windows flank a pair of heavy wooden double doors on the front of the building. An ornate sign hangs from a placard overhead, signifying in calligraphied letters, "The Machiavelli Lounge -- Martinis, Tapas, and Spirits". There are no neon signs here, and nothing to signify this as a "dive bar". The clientel look to be professional working class people and socialites.
