Description
The building is one of the numerous warehouses in the film district. It's not one of the largest but certainly well proportioned at 60x80 feet and three stories tall. From just looking at the window placement along the brownstone brick, it's easy enough to guess that the ceilings are taller than the average 10 feet. A sturdy, thick, metal, double door is centered on the first floor and looks large enough to have received delivery trucks if both sides were opened. A smaller door is built within the right hand side to allow people to come and go without necessitating the opening of the larger doors.
