Description
A short wall besides an opening side surrounds a staircase leading down to a heavy wooden door on the left hand side. A light is down below for lighting purposes. A sign hangs near the stairwell, bolted to one of the buildings near it labeled. "Fully Loaded."
History
Was once a popular, hedonistic nightclub for the S&M crowd.
